The manufacturer warrants some parts, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All warranties are included with your order.

Parts sold for racing or competition is warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstances.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instruction, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

Modular Performance.com shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if Modular Performance.com or a Modular Performance.com authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All merchandise sold "As is ". Modular Performance.com makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. 

Modular Performance.com is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or any other damages. This is disclaimer by Modular Performance.com in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Return Policy
1. E-mail webmaster@modularperformance.com with detail information of claim. Please indicate invoice number, date of purchase and a contact phone number.
2. We will review your claim and render you a decision by phone or e-mail.
3. Return part in original box with invoice number and return number marked on the outside.
4. All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. A 15% restocking charge will apply.
5. Suggest United Parcel Ground Service (UPS) or US Mail service.

Shipping Policy
All shipments will be sent UPS ground insured. We will e-mail the tracking number to you when the product is shipped. Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Some items are dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 10 buisness days for arrival unless otherwise stated.

Billing Policy
For your safety, we only process credit cards that match the billing address of the card. Modular Performance accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
